"Experiential Design" and "The School of Hard Knocks" are phrases that come to mind when trying to define the evolution and engineering behind the StainlessDockLadder ladder.   This tried and true design (yes, our engineers have spent time at the lake also) is the result of years and years of learning the hard way what works and what doesn't work.
